In his studio in Mestre, Stefano Cavazzana works with architecture, design and company graphics. He was awarded with the special mention in “Young and Design” in 1997 and 2001. In 2000, for the objects manufactured by Calligaris, he received the special mention “Young and Design” for the 'Golfo Aranci' table. For each and every work, design or graphic, he seeks the 'idea' for 'simple' and immediate products that last in time. This reflects in a particular way in furniture design, never invasive or gaudy but a functional and elegant presence in which the trace of design must be detected.
